PUBLIC SECTOR USES INTEGRATED AZLOGICA PLATFORM (IoT) WITH ALEXA FOR HANDS-FREE CONSULTATION WITHOUT OPERATORS 7/24

For the first time in Colombia and one of the first in Latin America, the virtual assistant Alexa has been integrated at a business level to make queries and reports from the attention center to its Internet of Things services.

 

Aiming to reduce manual transactions, use of keyboards, minimize contact in multi-user computers and automate queries and reports, reducing the need for 7/24 operators, AZLOGICA has integrated to its IoT platforms for mobile assets (Evolution), People (Team Manager) and stationary assets (Things Manager), the Amazon Virtual Voice Assistant ALEXA, with Echo Dot devices, to which a series of consultation skills have been inserted according to the needs of the operation of the command centers.

As an example, one of the most important companies in the public services sector in Colombia has integrated diverse IoT management tools from AZLOGICA into its operation and digital optimization, in such a way that area managers can consult the resources with voice commands available, the most risky, the least exposed, the ones with the fewest fuel consumptions, etc., configured to measure and need for operation.

This function of resources optimization and risk management with IoT is added to the multiple integrated solutions of AZLOGICA to the market and even useful for current public health situations such as the COVID-19. These solutions reflect the corporate governance policy of high financial impact, high impact on sustainable development and the use of world-class technologies.
